Where are you located?
We are located underneath Skellys Mace petrol station on the Virginia Road in Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan.
Drive towards the car wash where you will find a driveway behind it. Drive down and you'll arrive at the gym.
What are your opening hours?
Monday-Thursday: 7am-9pm (Closed between 1.30pm-3.30pm)
Friday: 7am-8pm (Closed between 1.30pm-3.30pm)
Saturday: 9am-3pm
Sunday: 10am-2pm
Bank Holidays: 10am-2pm
Are pay as you go/drop-ins allowed?
Yes, we offer a PAYG option for €10 per visit. We also have a 10-visit pass available for €70. Both can only be purchased at reception.
Can I tour the gym before joining?
Yes, no problem. Please ask at reception and a member of the team will show you around.

How old do I have to be to train at the gym?
You must be at least 16 years old. No exceptions. Staff reserve the right to deny access without proof of age.
Do you do group fitness classes?
We do not run any group fitness classes.
1-1 and 2-1 personal training is available should you require assistance.
What should I bring to the gym?
In the interest of hygiene all members must carry and use a hand towel when training to wipe down the equipment and mats after use. Anti-viral spray cleaner is provided in the gym. We also strongly recommend everyone to carry water when exercising.
Do I have to book in to use the gym?
Bookings are not required. Simply show up during opening hours and scan-in at reception.
Is car parking available?
Yes, car parking is available directly outside the gym.
Do you have changing rooms/showers?
Yes, we have male & female changing rooms, and a shower. During peak times, we recommend to come ready to train to avoid waiting for changing room space.
Will I be shown how to use the equipment when I join?
Yes. Should you require this, we will provide an induction in how to operate the gym equipment. All inductions must be pre-booked. Please enquire with a member of staff at reception.
If you require further assistance with your training, you will need to book a 1-1 PT session with one of our Personal Trainers.
How can I book personal training sessions?
Please speak with the team directly at reception, or via email to discuss PT availability & pricing.
Do you sell personalised workout/nutrition plans?
Yes, we do both! Please enquire with us at reception to discuss further.
