My fitness philosophy is that you must enjoy the exercise & nutrition choices you make, otherwise, you will find it harder to stay on track. After all, consistency is the key to long-lasting results and If you don’t use it, you lose it!

Hi, I’m Eoin, A Personal Trainer at BJD Health & Fitness.
I’ve been involved with fitness as both a practitioner and a student for the past 8 years. Using what I have learned in that time has enabled me to help many clients to achieve their fitness goals.
There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing people get the results they aimed for after seeing the work they have put in themselves, it is what keeps me motivated to further improve my own standard of work.
I am a big believer in trying to be a little better than the last time as small wins add up to big wins over time when there is consistency. My Philosophy is to incorporate enjoyment with tried and trusted methods in order to achieve results.

Hi, I’m Lauren, A Personal Trainer at BJD Health & Fitness.
I’ve always been involved in fitness since I was young, whether it be in any sport or the gym.
I am a newly qualified Personal Trainer seeking to use what I have learned during my course to help my clients reach their fitness goals.
I love helping people in any way possible to reach their goals and get the results that they want. This is what motivates me every day.
